Fonds Number:
P417
Abstract:

Osler apologizes for having left without saying goodbye and explains that his work on his "confounded' text book kept him busy to the last moment. He intends to send out a circular letter to all those interested in Libraries, asking them to subscribe [see CUS417/97.69]. Osler has collected books during his European travels that he wishes to send along to the Library. He writes that he had a delightful trip in Holland, and now in Scotland, he has forgotten about medicine and thinks only of reducing his golf score. Incl. ms. notes.
