Abstract: 

Mr. Penfield has been visiting for a week, recuperating from an injury he sustained when the ship he was traveling on was torpedoed. Miss Baldwin, who was on the same ship, is beginning to recover. Revere remains in Oxford and is busy studying Mathematics. Mr. Warwick Green of the Rockefeller Commission and his secretary Mr. Reginald Foster have come to see about the Belgian refugees. Osler spoke at the opening of an exhibition for the Shakespeare Tercentenary celebrations at Oxford. Lady Osler writes of Campbell Gwyn, Campbell Howard, Jean, Archie, Katherine McLennan and Joan MacKenzie. She has been looking after a nice Canadian from Victoria.
