Osler acknowledges Wenckebach's letter of March 4th. He has sent it on to the Foreign Office. Had the information from the Foreign Office that food was being hurried through. He is trying to make arrangements with friends in Schweiz to forward supplies directly to Wenckebach. Mentions that he has asked the Foreign Office if they would like to have a special interview with him in Schweiz. Sad about his sufferings. Will give his message to Allbutt, Mackenzie and Lewis. Thanks for his papers. Mention Revere's death.- Comments of Wenckebach about this letter. States that it is an historical letter, as it started the relief action for Vienna in England.
