Abstract: 

Osler mentions that he wrote to Keogh suggesting that for the time, at any rate, all specimens should go to the College of Surgeons, where a committee of the Army Board could select suitable teaching specimens for Millbank. He urged him to send a memorandum to all the hospitals ordering the specimens to be sent to Lincolns Inn Fields. (Explanations from Adami, it was further re negotiations about the establishment of a War Museum.)
