Abstract: 

Osler wishes he would have been with the Boggs' at Ewelme. Invitation to come. They will be gone from the middle of August to the 10th of September. Mention of a case of aneurysm similar to one described in an Osler's paper on aneurysm of the Abdomenary Aorta. Tells him to report it. Mention of a memo about the facts he would like to dug out of the aneurysm cases. Osler asks Boggs to ask Parsons for photos of specimen illustrations of the syphilitic aortitis. Wright's work would indicate that many of the Aortic Insufficiency cases are also luetic. Civilities.
