Abstract:

Osler mentions a hostile feeling between the Montreal General Hospital and the Royal Victoria Hospital. It has a bad influence among the younger men. He heard about it outside of Montreal. Suggests that the seniors should put a stop to it and make the school a rallying point. What difference does it make at which one of them a man works. Do get Armstrong, Bell and the others to take a more rational view. Glad of Edith Molson's engagement. Asking help for Dr. Abbott. Compliment on her work.
