Osler writes that they are off to Lake Ogwin for a couple of days. Will look after the light of his life (Ottilie Wright). It is a great relief to him to have Ottilie in the hands of some one we know and love. Personal comments. Sends him some of Revere's sketches. Civilities.
Osler is glad that things are going smoothly. Did not send the abdominal slides because he will put them in order. He had written to the Smithsonian agent about the set of the Revue de Medecine. Asks him to let him know when Jim sails. Mentions that they might go to the Congress.

Osler is sorry to have missed her today, but he was busy with the new Montreal General Hospital. Delighted with the prospects of the new Museum. It will be a unique opportunity for her and he is sure she will succeed. The men in the Faculty realize now the quality work she had done. Her reputation is of great value to the school. Compliments on her work.
