Cushing, Harvey
Abstract:
Crowe remarks that Cushing's "Life of Sir William Osler" and "Letters of Walter Page" are two of the most charming biographies he has ever read. He hopes to begin a collection of letters and materials for a life of Dr. Halsted, which he hopes Dr. Welch or MacCallum will agree to write. He plans to enlist the help of Miss Stokes, Halsted's former secretary.
