Abstract: 

Osler writes that after he delivered the opening address at McGill earlier in the year, several of the old boys from McGill have contacted him. Osler comments on the great progress of the McGill Medical School. He has been plugging away in Baltimore, interested mostly in his teaching work. Additional notes by Darey.

Abstract: 

Osler is glad to hear of Darey from Campbell Palmer Howard. He comments kindly on Howard. Muller considers Howard has the best young man of his age in America. Osler is glad that Darey is starting a library. He cannot send his System, and has already has sent ten sets to Libraries and at least ten sets to private friends, all of which he paid for full price. He will instead send him books from Oxford. Civilities.

Osler will send Darey books for the Library. He is glad to hear from him. He asks Darey if he thinks the cases he refers to would be an aggravated forms of the glandular fever. He mentions Campbell Howard. Civilities.
