Letters sent to Coles

Date:
April 24, 1915
From:
Osler, William
To:
Coles
Abstract:

Osler thinks that they surely would not have converted to Coles scheme if it had not already been adopted in other countries. It is not unreasonable to ask that the tuberculosis work should be in the hands of special clinical officers who will devote their whole time. That is what the Association and the National Tuberculosis Society and the Parliamentary Commission all ask for.
